Let’s jump into today’s matter, Moving Up Within Your Engineering Firm,which is based on a query from Simone, who asks the next: Q: Hello, my name is Simone, I’m an engineering technician with 20 years work experience based mostly in Liverpool, United Kingdom, and my question is how come since I took my greater national certificate in engineering in 2011, I can’t succeed in getting a profession promotion inside my company. I even have applied for several inside jobs, which appear to be good for my abilities and experience but all turned out a fail. The feedback I received from th ose interviews differ but seems to be just about all the time on the same line that's, I was a robust candidate but they found a greater suited one. I fulfilled performing roles along the route to try to enhance my chances, however in the intervening time I am working as a CAD Technician which is similar job I had 20 years in the past.
